Sulzer’s latest campaign showcases how empowerment at work drives achievement among teams and employees. In line with the ‘Empowered People’ message, the company is presenting some of its most passionate employees who embody inclusivity, integrity and commitment.
To celebrate International Women’s Day, this story showcases Julie Thompson, General Manager for Nuclear Services at Sulzer’s Chattanooga Service Center.
In its ongoing commitment to develop an engaged, motivated and diverse workforce, Sulzer launched ‘Empowered People’. The campaign presents inspiring employees at Sulzer that capture and embody the company’s core values.

Each interviewee explains what drives their passion and what makes them feel empowered in the workplace. On March, 8th, Sulzer released a video focusing on Julie Thompson. For her, being able to support customers in any situation is what most makes her feel empowered and motivated.
