Initially joining the team in a temporary capacity, working side by side with his uncle when he was younger, he seamlessly transitioned into a permanent role, ultimately adopting the full-time position of Warehouse Operative. His daily responsibilities encompass a range of crucial tasks, including goods dispatching, stock checking and overall warehouse management, ensuring the smooth operation of this pivotal department.

Over the past decade, Haydn has witnessed the ebb and flow of team dynamics within Spelsberg, observing colleagues embark on new journeys while welcoming fresh faces to the team. Despite these changes, Haydn has remained a constant, steadfastly ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse and contributing to the company’s ongoing success.

Haydn’s ability to independently manage his tasks and responsibilities not only showcases his reliability but also underscores his commitment to ensuring that the warehouse operates without a hitch.

An advocate for both physical and mental health, Haydn is a certified Mental Health First Aider, Fire Marshall, and holds a general First Aid certification, reflecting a holistic approach to wellbeing in both his colleagues and himself.

Away from the warehouse, Haydn is a keen mountain biker, exploring trails and indulging in the adrenaline rush of downhill biking, providing a physical outlet that complements his mental health advocacy. His interest in stoicism and psychology reflects a balanced approach to life and work, understanding the importance of maintaining mental and physical equilibrium.
