Dedicated leadership team drives great customer service

Leading industrial enclosure manufacturer, Spelsberg els UK Ltd, a subsidiary of Gunther Spelsberg, celebrates two impressive milestones with long service awards for Clare McCusker, who has reached fifteen years with the company, and Chris Lloyd who marks twenty years’ service.

National Sales Manager Clare McCusker joined Spelsberg as a Territory Salesperson and now leads the sales team, ensuring customer-facing teams deliver outstanding service and expert consultancy. 

For Clare, customer satisfaction starts with the sales team. She takes pride in supporting both OEMs and end users alongside distributors. Her role involves specification of enclosures across commercial and industrial installations, and her prior experience at Schneider Electric and Weidmuller has proven invaluable.

Managing Director Chris Lloyd also started his career with Spelsberg as a Territory Salesperson, before taking on the challenges of Sales and Marketing Manager then General Manager. Chris believes that the dedication to collaborative working is the reason why so many colleagues stay with the company:

Both Clare and Chris have been involved in the success of numerous key projects over the years, often supporting each other in the strategic delivery of company-wide initiatives.
