A staple of the school run and the desert, the Volkswagen Touareg was named after the traditionally nomadic Tuareg people that predominately inhabit the Sahara. Launched in 2002, the Touareg quickly came to the attention of motorists as Volkswagen introduced some very exciting engine options. These included a V10 TDI churning out a titanic 750 Nm of torque and a W12 variant, an engine that was also offered in the contemporary Phaeton and Bentley Continental GT.

The latest emissions control solutions developed in-house by Klarius are designed to fit the popular Touareg 3.0 V6 TDI for the 2007-2015 model years. Due to platform and component sharing across Volkswagen Group, the CATs and DPFs also fit the Audi Q7 from this era. At the same time, the company’s focus on meeting or exceeding OEM performance levels across its product range means that Klarius replacements are ideally suited for these premium SUVs.

Klarius is the UK’s largest manufacturer of aftermarket exhausts, providing range support for over 11,000 applications. Availability is excellent, with popular stock held locally at motor factors and next morning UK delivery for stockists and distributors on orders placed by 5:30 PM. Furthermore, all applicable parts are type-approved by the Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA) in the UK and the TÜV in Germany, independently verifying quality and suitability for the intended vehicle.

Klarius Products is a dedicated Emission Control Products manufacture and supply company servicing primarily the UK and EU markets. The business supplies type approved exhausts, CATs and DPFs designed, developed and manufactured in the UK and delivered via its own logistics operation.
