Klarius develops and manufactures all of its products in-house at its headquarters in Cheadle, Staffordshire. Every part is independently tested on vehicles of correct marque, model and production year in conjunction with the Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA). This rigorous approach ensures every aftermarket component matches or exceeds the performance of the OEM part. All applicable Klarius parts in range are type-approved and legislatively compliant.

Availability is a key advantage of the Klarius emissions control range. Currently, Klarius offers aftermarket components to fit around 30 million vehicles on UK roads – 83% of the national car parc. The range also covers 70% of UK light commercial vehicles – including vans, pick-ups and flatbeds. Niche and popular products benefit from the same short lead times thanks to demand driven manufacturing and in-house warehousing capacity. Dedicated logistics partner, AutoLogistiks, ensures rapid delivery of orders to motor factors and distributors across the UK.

Klarius Products is a dedicated Emission Control Products manufacture and supply company servicing primarily the UK and EU markets. The business supplies type approved exhausts, CATs and DPFs designed, developed and manufactured in the UK and delivered via its own logistics operation. Klarius Products operations are centred on the manufacturing, R&D, test track, logistics and stock facility hub based in Cheadle in the UK.
