Optimal to share the benefits of advanced process control at APACT USA

20th March 2024

Optimal Industrial Technologies will showcase its expertise in Process Analytical Technology (PAT) at the Advances in Process Analytics and Control Technologies (APACT) USA Conference. The show, held in New Brunswick, New Jersey, US, from 23rd-25th April 2024, will give attendees an opportunity to meet Optimal experts and explore the benefits of both PAT and the market-leading synTQ knowledge management software.

APACT is an event run by the Centre for Process Analytics and Control Technology (CPACT) which provides engineers, academics and business leaders with an open forum to share the latest innovations in process monitoring, data analysis, process modelling and process control. The 2024 conference will be the first APACT held in North America and will focus on the technological advances that can make a tangible difference to the manufacturing and process industries.

As a CPACT member and APACT event exhibitor, Optimal will showcase the ways PAT can help companies improve quality and efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance regulatory compliance by generating value-adding actionable insights on their operations. Experts will be on hand to guide attendees through the PAT framework and show how data-driven process control can help companies align with the latest innovations in smart manufacturing and digitalisation.

Optimal will also demonstrate how effective PAT setups can be supported by synTQ, the leading PAT knowledge management software suite, which is used by over 60% of major pharmaceutical manufacturers worldwide. Visitors will be able to learn how the platform’s advanced interconnectivity, process analysis, visualisation and control capabilities can allow manufacturers to consistently and quickly deliver high-quality products at reduced costs.

Chris Vickers, Sales Manager at Optimal, comments: “The manufacturing and process industries are coming under increasing financial, environmental and regulatory pressure. It’s vital for businesses to capitalise on every benefit that advanced process control technology can offer. We believe that PAT and synTQ can play a key role in helping to improve competitiveness and ensure processes are efficient, safe and compliant.

“We’re also looking forward to being part of the first APACT show in the USA. This event represents an excellent opportunity to deepen our links with the APACT community and meet a new cohort of North American attendees.”
