Optimal Industrial Technology is highlighting how its solutions can help advance the biologics sector at the 6th Bioprocessing Summit Europe, taking place from 14th-16th March in Barcelona, Spain. By visiting booth 57, participants will be able to learn more about the benefits of Process Analytical Technology (PAT) and how the company’s award-winning software, synTQ, can help manage the knowledge generated by this framework to drive competitiveness.

The Bioprocessing Summit Europe is one of the leading events for the sector’s industry specialists, bringing together more than 500 bioproduction, analytical and formulation professionals. It offers a key platform to discuss how to advance the manufacture, quality and control of biological and genetic therapies, supporting patients worldwide whilst driving efficiencies and competitiveness.

Offering a market-leading solution that leverages PAT to deliver precisely these benefits, Optimal will contribute to the discussion by showcasing its synTQ platform. This enables quality-centric, real-time process control across R&D, pilot-scale testing and commercial manufacturing facilities to help companies deliver on-spec medicaments whilst reducing off-specs, waste, reworks, energy and material usage.

Visitors to booth 57 will also be able to learn more about the company’s expertise in PAT-driven bioprocessing applications and its software with a demonstration. These capabilities further support the implementation of successful setups that optimise quality control/assurance, productivity and profitability.

Michael Sachpekidis, Business Development Manager – Europe at Optimal Industrial Technologies, will be delivering a presentation on how to improve product quality and time-to-market with PAT on 15 March at 15:00 CET. He will discuss how, by measuring Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs) in real time, manufacturers can create products that reach patients faster, to a higher quality and lower cost.

Michael comments: “PAT is a gamechanger for process industries, including the challenging bioprocessing sector, where it can drive performance and help meet strict regulations. We look forward to engaging with experts across the biologics and life sciences value chain to showcase how we can help improve and futureproof their operations.”
